GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (GHRM) SEBAGAI INSTRUMEN IMPLEMENTASI ETIKA LINGKUNGAN: BUKTI DARI PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI INDONESIA

Era bisnis modern menuntut perusahaan manufaktur untuk tidak hanya mengejar keuntungan ekonomi, tetapi juga menjalankan tanggung jawab lingkungan secara konsisten. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) sebagai instrumen implementasi etika lingkungan di perusahaan manufaktur Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif tinjauan pustaka (systematic literature review) pada publikasi 2019–2024, penelitian ini menganalisis konsep, praktik, peluang, dan tantangan GHRM dalam membangun budaya kerja berkelanjutan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa praktik GHRM, seperti green recruitment, green training, green performance appraisal, dan green reward system, efektif menanamkan kesadaran serta perilaku etis lingkungan pada karyawan. Penerapannya mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi sekaligus meningkatkan reputasi dan daya saing perusahaan. Meski demikian, terdapat tantangan signifikan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya, resistensi budaya, dan integrasi dengan strategi bisnis jangka panjang. Kesimpulannya, GHRM berperan sebagai instrumen strategis dan etis yang menghubungkan tujuan bisnis dengan tanggung jawab lingkungan, dengan efektivitas yang bergantung pada komitmen manajemen, regulasi, dan partisipasi aktif karyawan.
