Abstract

Program Crowd Planting Malapari merupakan inovasi berbasis komunitas yang memadukan tujuan restorasi ekosistem dengan pengembangan ekonomi lokal melalui sistem agroforestri. Studi ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi program, memetakan model bisnis menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan analisis simulasi untuk memahami implementasi program Crowd Planting Malapari di Lembata secara komprehensif. Hasil menunjukkan program ini memiliki potensi menghasilkan aliran pendapatan dari donasi, sponsor, penjualan hasil agroforestri, minyak Malapari, dan kredit karbon, pada berbagai skenario. Program ini memberikan manfaat ekologis, sosial, dan ekonomi, sekaligus menjamin transparansi melalui dashboard MRV. Model Crowd Planting Malapari layak diimplementasikan secara skala lokal maupun nasional, dengan mitigasi risiko melalui diversifikasi pendapatan, partisipasi aktif komunitas, dan tata kelola transparan.
