Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan era modern, generasi muda dituntut tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang berakhlak, peduli lingkungan, serta mampu berkontribusi aktif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Namun, masih ditemukan berbagai permasalahan sosial dan lingkungan, seperti rendahnya kesadaran perilaku saling menghargai di kalangan pelajar, kurangnya kebiasaan menabung sejak dini, serta minimnya penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara produktif. Oleh karena itu, program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) bertema “Pionir Kemajuan: Mewujudkan Generasi Peduli, Kreatif, dan Berdaya Lingkungan” dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan KKN dilaksanakan di SDN 01 Tegal Jaya, Kecamatan Kemang, Kabupaten Bogor, dan Kelurahan Jati Padang, Poncol VIII, Kecamatan Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi diskusi kelompok, survei lapangan, koordinasi dengan pihak terkait, perencanaan program, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Program yang dijalankan mencakup sosialisasi anti-bullying, gemar menabung, dan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) bagi siswa sekolah dasar, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui promosi UMKM, budidaya Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA), pendampingan Posyandu Lansia, dan kegiatan kerajinan ecoprint. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan partisipasi siswa serta masyarakat terhadap  isu sosial, kesehatan, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Program KKN ini diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan nilai kepedulian, kreativitas, dan keberlanjutan sebagai upaya menciptakan masyarakat yang berdaya dan peduli lingkungan. 

In facing the challenges of the modern era, young generations are expected not only to excel academically but also to possess strong character, environmental awareness, and the ability to actively contribute to society. However, various social and environmental  issues are still encountered, including low awareness of mutual respect among students, a lack of saving habits from an early age, and limited implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors as well as productive utilization of local resources. Therefore, the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) entitled “Pioneers of Progress: Creating a Caring, Creative, and Environmentally Empowered Generation” was implemented as a form of community engagement. The program was conducted at SDN 01 Tegal Jaya, Kemang District, Bogor Regency, and Jati Padang Subdistrict, Poncol VIII, Pasar Minggu District, South Jakarta. The implementation methods included group discussions, field surveys, coordination with local stakeholders, program planning, and activity execution. The programs consisted of anti-bullying education, saving awareness, and Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) socialization for elementary school students, as well as community empowerment through local MSME promotion, Family Medicinal Plant (TOGA) cultivation, elderly health post assistance, and ecoprint handicraft activities. The results indicate an increase in knowledge, awareness, and participation among students and community members regarding social, health, economic, and environmental issues. This KKN program is expected to foster values of care, creativity, and sustainability in order to create an empowered and environmentally conscious society.
