Abstrak

A company's or institution's human resources have a major role in determining its success. Thus, keeping an eye on how activities are being carried out is crucial to ensuring that all human resource components operate as as effectively as possible while adhering to the business's job instructions. The MA Hidayatullah Depok Leadership School now uses the KPI system for performance evaluation, but each unit's evaluation is still completed manually, making it impossible for the school principal to monitor the work program's implementation in real time. Quantitative research methodology is employed. The Waterfall approach, which consists of phases for analysis, design, and maintenance, is also used in this study. Use the all-pair testing approach, sometimes referred to as paired testing, in conjunction with the Black Box Testing method for functional testing. The study's conclusions can be used as a basis for empowering human resources as well as a tracking and assessment tool for every work unit. Additionally, it serves as the foundation for formulating rules and choosing future work plans
