Penguatan Karakter Wirausaha Melalui Program MBKM Wirausaha Merdeka Mandiri

Abstract

The enormous entrepreneurial potential for the millennial generation, supported by the increasing number of entrepreneurs from year to year, makes the BKP Entrepreneurship program one of the focuses of activities that are highly encouraged in the implementation of MBKM. The objectives of the independent entrepreneurial activity program include providing students who are interested in entrepreneurship to develop their businesses earlier and under guidance. And cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit among students. The research method used by researchers in this study is a qualitative approach, with observation and interview data collection methods. The results of the study show that this program has a positive and significant effect on students in managing a business, because students who have an entrepreneurial spirit will show dynamic, more confident, innovative, creative, and adaptive innovations to changes in scientific and technological progress. Overall, it can be concluded that the MBKM Wirausaha Merdeka Mandiri entrepreneurship development program has a positive impact on the creation of competitive business actors. If applied in social entrepreneurship, the ultimate goal is to produce products or services that have a direct impact on social change. This program is expected to be the forerunner to the birth of entrepreneurs from campus circles who can open up job opportunities widely.
