Student organizations (Ormawa) play a crucial role in campus life. Ormawa is not only a platform for students to develop their interests and talents, but also contributes to the development of skills, leadership, and non-academic experiences that are important for character bulding. This study aims to analyse Ormawa Productivity by examining the application of Knowledge Management within the scope of student organizations at the faculty level at Wahid Hasyim University Semarang.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data anda information obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of student organization administrators such as the Departmental Student Association (HMJ), Student Executive Board (BEM), and Student Representative Council (DPM). The results of this study indicate that the Productivity of student organizations in influenced by several factors, including the level of member constructiveness, self-confidence, responsibility, dedication, commitment, and the ability to adapt to change. In addition, the implementation of good Knowledge Management also contributes to increasing organization Productivity. This can be seen from the efforts of mambers in identifying knowledge, therefore, efforts, are neede to build a culture of quality Knowledge Sharing within the organization.
