The purpose of the Community Service Program (KKN) by students of Universitas Mitra Bangsa (UMIBA) in Menteng Atas Village is to encourage the community to stop and address brawls and bullying. This program aims to serve the community through participatory, educational, and preventive approaches. Counseling about the negative effects of brawls and bullying, training in non-violent communication skills, and the formation of social awareness groups consisting of youth, community leaders, and local officials. The results of this program show that the community is more aware of the importance of a safe and harmonious environment. They also demonstrated that a system was created to address brawls and bullying from an early age. It has been proven that the community-based approach used in this program successfully changed the way the community thinks and instilled principles such as tolerance and empathy. To ensure that prevention and mentoring efforts can continue in the future, cooperation between students, local government, and social institutions ensures the sustainability of this program.
