The principal's leadership style is expected to encourage all subordinates and school members to empower themselves. Work motivation is a factor that encourages a teacher to do work. Service quality always provides services by paying attention to speed and timeliness. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by a teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Principal Leadership Style, Teacher Work Motivation and Quality of Inclusive Education Services on Teacher Performance at Patmos Kembangan Elementary School, West Jakarta. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique or by means of the entire existing population there are 35 and sampled using the Suharsimi Arikunto formula, 2017 so there are 35 samples. Based on the results of the partial correlation analysis of the Principal Leadership Style variable on Teacher Performance, a value of 0.884 is obtained so that it can be concluded that the level of influence is very strong or the Coefficient of Determination is 78.1%. Then the hypothesis test obtained the tcount value = 7.153> t0.05 (33) = 1.693 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted has enough evidence that there is a significant influence. While the results of partial correlation analysis there is a positive effect of Teacher Work Motivation on Teacher Performance obtained a value of 0.876 so it can be concluded that the effect is very strong or the value of the Coefficient of Determination is 76.7%. Proven by hypothesis testing, the value of tcount = 6.280> t0.05 (33) = 1.693 is obtained, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means it has evidence that there is a significant influence. While the results of the partial correlation analysis of the Inclusive Education Service Quality variable on Teacher Performance obtained a value of 0.841 so that it can be concluded that the effect is strong or the Coefficient of Determination is 70.7%. Proven by hypothesis testing, the value of tcount = 3.203> t0.05 (33) = 1.693 is obtained, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means it has evidence that there is a significant influence. Simultaneously, the variables of Principal Leadership Style, Teacher Work Motivation and Quality of Inclusive Education Services on Teacher Performance obtained a Model Summary value or R value of 0.805 had a very strong effect and a significant effect on Teacher Performance.
