This study is a systematic review of scholarly literature exploring the relationship between leadership styles and organizational performance. In today’s increasingly complex and dynamic organizational landscape, selecting the appropriate leadership style is crucial for optimizing human resource potential. The findings consistently indicate that transformational leadership and servant leadership positively influence employee motivation, organizational commitment, and a work culture that supports high performance. Furthermore, factors such as motivation, competence, organizational culture, and communication serve as key mediators in strengthening the leadership-performance relationship. This review proposes an integrative leadership model that adapts to the organizational context and needs, while also offering practical and theoretical insights for leadership development across various sectors.
