Equilibrium Point : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is a scientific journal published by Universitas Mitra Bangsa. The journal provides a platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and students to publish original research and scholarly studies in the fields of management and business. The journal covers a wide range of topics, including financial management, marketing management, human resource management, strategic management, operations management, entrepreneurship, business innovation, and organizational development.

The journal is published twice a year, in February and July, and implements a double-blind peer review process to maintain the quality of its scholarly publications.
