Equilibrium Point: Journal of Management and Business is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Universitas Mitra Bangsa. Equilibrium Point is published twice a year, in February and July. All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of published articles.
