Pengaruh Faktor Internal Dan Eksternal Terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Koperasi Secara Keseluruhan

Abstract

The economic crisis and global crisis have an impact on economic activities in Indonesia. The financial crisis has an impact on the national economy, especially on activities in the money market and the real sector related to exports, so that some business actors experience liquidity difficulties, even to the point of bankruptcy. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the adverse effects of the crisis on Indonesia's economic stability and business operations. This study uses a quantitative approach, and informants are collected through random sampling methods. The main tools for collecting data are interviews and questionnaires. Researchers also collect secondary data from various related sources, including the Central Statistics Agency, the Cooperative and SME Service, and local cooperatives. Primary data are collected through questionnaires. Validity, reliability, and normality tests are three stages of data analysis. Data are validated by triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study indicate that individual variables such as member motivation and participation, human resource management, entrepreneurial spirit, partnerships, competitors, and government policies have a smaller impact than the total impact of these variables. This indicates that all variables need to be improved simultaneously to maximize the performance of the Savings and Loan Cooperatives.
