In order to receive treatment at the Lianco Medical Centre clinic, you must first register. Currently, patients are recorded through a manual registration method that uses paper. The amount of time it takes to find patient data that has been registered, data loss, and other issues are brought up by this. As a result, the clinic at Lianco Medical Centre requires a system that facilitates the recording and storage of patient data. Through the examination of various theories and field observations, this study aims to offer a solution in the context of developing a web-based clinical information system. The author employs the waterfall technique for this study, which consists of the following steps: design, coding, testing, analysis, and maintenance. PHP is the programming language, whereas MySQL is the database. Netbeans is the program that is utilised. A user-friendly computerised system for patient registration is the outcome of this study. In the past, it took five minutes to manually record the registration information and record patient data on stationery. You can now swiftly and effectively gather data using the system. and it takes less than three minutes at most
