PEMBERDAYAAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MELALUI LITERASI, KARAKTER, DAN DIGITALISASI EKONOMI DI KELURAHAN PEJATEN TIMUR

Abstract

This community service program was conducted through a thematic Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) at SDN Pejaten Timur 11 Pagi and RPTRA Kemuning, South activities aimed to address local needs in education, character building, economic digitalization, and youth development. The programs implemented included the revitalization of a school reading corner to enhance students’ literacy interest, anti-bullying education and ASEAN cultural literacy socialization to promote inclusive school environments, QRIS-based digital payment assistance for micro and small enterprises (UMKM), and interest and aptitude testing for adolescents using the RIASEC method. The results show that the programs successfully improved the utilization of literacy facilities, increased students’ awareness of bullying prevention, enhanced UMKM readiness in adopting digital payment systems, and supported adolescents in recognizing their personal potential for educational and career planning. Overall, the community-based and needs-oriented approach proved effective in generating positive educational, social, and economic impacts for the target communities.
