PEMBERDAYAAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI MASYARAKAT BERBASIS LITERASI, KARAKTER DAN KETERAMPILAN

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower education and develop community potential based on literacy, character, and skills. The activities were conducted for elementary school students and the community, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors, in the Pasar Minggu area. Programs for elementary school students focused on strengthening literacy and character through educational activities and learning assistance. Meanwhile, programs for the community and MSME actors were directed toward economic empowerment and skill development through digital marketing training and practical skills workshops. The methods used included education, mentoring, and training. The results showed an increase in students’ learning motivation as well as improved digital understanding and practical skills among MSME actors. This program is expected to contribute positively to educational empowerment and community potential development.
