Hubungan Critical Thinking dan Creative Thinking Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the relationship between critical thinking and creative thinking with work readiness of students of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wahid Hasyim University Semarang. This research design is quantitative to test the magnitude of the relationship between the variables studied, namely critical thinking, creative thinking, and work readiness. The population of this study were students of Management Study Programme, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wahid Hasyim University Semarang. The sample of this study consisted of 92 individuals who were taken using the Probility Sampling Technique. Questionnaire distribution data were obtained using Likert scale measurements of 1 to 5 and tested by hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that critical thinking and creative thinking were partially related to work readiness. The significance value of each based on the t test is 0.000 and the result is less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows that critical thinking and creative thinking have a correlation of 65.1% with work readiness.
