Pengaruh Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Petugas Kebersihan Unit Penanganan Sampah (UPS) Badan Air Kecamatan Pasar Minggu

This study examines the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs and motivation on the performance of sanitation workers at the Unit Penanganan Sampah (UPS) Badan Air Pasar Minggu District for the 2023–2024 period. OSH is a crucial aspect in establishing a safe and healthy work environment. Its implementation serves as a strategic effort to identify, manage, and minimize potential hazards that may jeopardize workers’ safety and health. OSH programs also contribute to reducing the risk of work accidents and occupational diseases that can lower motivation and productivity. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used, including validity, reliability, classical assumption, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination tests. The results indicate that OSH programs have a positive and significant effect on performance, while motivation has anegative but significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect the performance of sanitation workers.
